Alexander Santos is an Associate Broker and Team Lead with All In Realty, serving clients throughout New Mexico with a focus on Doña Ana and Bernalillo counties.

Alexander first moved to New Mexico in 1990 when his father’s military service brought his family to the state. He graduated from Rio Rancho High School and later earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing from the University of New Mexico. After building extensive experience as a sales professional, Alexander transitioned into real estate in 2020, bringing with him a strong background in sales, negotiation, marketing, communication, and relationship building. In 2023, he relocated to Las Cruces and now proudly serves clients in both Southern and Central New Mexico.

Known for clear communication, strong relationships, and attentive service, Alexander is committed to guiding buyers and sellers confidently through every stage of a real estate transaction. He understands that real estate doesn’t always go according to plan and prides himself on staying calm under pressure, keeping a level head in stressful situations, and finding creative solutions when challenges arise. His sales and marketing background, combined with his real estate experience, allows him to approach each transaction strategically while keeping his clients’ goals at the forefront.

As Team Lead, Alexander also recruits, trains, and coaches real estate professionals, helping agents strengthen their skills, grow their businesses, and provide exceptional service to their clients.

Outside of real estate, Alexander enjoys traveling, listening to music, and playing golf.
